Express Employment Professionals, Delta/ Richmond, is hiring for an Accounts Receivable Clerk for our Richmond, BC client company in a cement industry. The position within their office of about 10 persons and you will have the support of a long term team.

Our client company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk who wants to make this position their long term career. You will be reporting to the owners who are solid believers in empowering their staff to work independently and as a team.

Work consists of but limited to:

The role revolves posting deposits, sending out monthly statements, and calling overdue accounts. It is key to be on top of collecting money on a timely basis.

Requirements
fluent English communication (good business writing)
intermediate Microsoft Office skills – specifically Excel has to be very comfortable
1 year or more of Accounts Receivable experience
strong initiative
high school or higher diploma

Salary range depending on experience is $21 to $25/ hour depending on experience. Advantages offered after probation period.

Hours are: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

Position can start ASAP.
