The City of Guelph is seeking a committed individual for a part time role in the Operations Department. Reporting directly to City Hall, the ideal candidate will focus on quality customer service while ensuring compliance with local property standards.

With a foundation in municipal by-law enforcement and solid communication skills, you will contribute to achieving the city’s inclusive community vision.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform inspections under the Yard Maintenance by-law
Prepare and issue notices related to property inspections
Assist inspectors in enforcement activities
Conduct additional duties as assigned

Requirements:
Graduate of a two-year Police Foundations program
Two years of municipal by-law enforcement experience
Certification in Property Standards is an asset
Familiarity with relevant municipal regulations
Valid driver’s license and positive driving record
