Contract psychotherapists earn approximately 80–85% of collected session fees, depending on experience, caseload, and arrangement.

Our goal is to create an environment where excellent therapists can focus on excellent work, develop their own professional identity, and build meaningful long-term relationships with the people they support.

Why Hero Within? We are building a practice around a simple idea:

People are more than the problems that bring them to therapy.

Whether someone is competing professionally, trying to find their place in school, navigating a relationship, recovering from a setback, or figuring out what they want their life to stand for, our role is to help them understand themselves and move forward with greater awareness and agency.

We are looking for therapists who want to do that work with us.
