What You’ll Do

At Orbit Insurance Services, our brokers play an important role in helping clients protect what matters most.

Role

As a Bilingual Personal Lines Broker - Service, you will provide professional insurance advice and service to clients in both English and French in a quick-paced contact centre environment. Using your expertise and sound judgment, you will help clients understand their coverage options, navigate insurance decisions, and feel confident in their protection. In this role, you will:

- Provide advice and guidance on home and auto insurance coverage.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage, billing, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding individual needs and recommending appropriate insurance solutions.
- Assess risk and apply underwriting guidelines while ensuring alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve client concerns professionally and with urgency.
- Identify opportunities to better protect clients through additional products and coverages.
- Process policy transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain complete and accurate client documentation within internal systems.
- Collaborate with teammates and leadership to continuously improve the client experience.
- Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, market changes, and industry developments.

What You Bring This is the unique blend of skills and experience we would love to see in an ideal candidate:

- Valid RIBO license, or an OTL license with the willingness to obtain a RIBO license upon hire.
- Fluency in English and French, with the ability to confidently support clients in both languages.




- Experience in personal lines insurance, including home and auto.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Sound insurance knowledge and the ability to provide professional advice.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced contact centre setting.
- Experience with Applied Epic and carrier portals is considered an asset.

Salary Range This position offers a market-competitive salary within a range from $52,454 to $72,096 along with rewarding bonuses that recognize your dedication.

Working Conditions

- Monday to Friday.
- Hybrid or remote work options available.
