We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Farm Hand to join our agricultural team, This role offers an opportunity to work in a agile farm environment, supporting various aspects such as broiler barn work and sheep farming and hay. equipment maintenance, and general farm operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a passion for sustainable farming practices. This position is essential for maintaining the productivity and efficiency of our farm operations and provides valuable hands-on experience in agriculture.

Responsibilities
Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Perform routine maintenance in broiler barns, daily barn chores
Use hand tools and power tools for repairs, building structures, or installing equipment
Conduct general farm maintenance including fencing, building repairs, and equipment servicing
Handle heavy lifting of supplies, equipment, or harvested produce as needed
Monitor crop health and report any pest or disease issues to management
Able to work in a broiler barn workplace, support daily tasks
Support other farm tasks such as soil preparation, composting,



or seedling care as required

Qualifications
Prior experience or knowledge in broiler barns or sheep farming, agriculture, or related fields is preferred but not required
Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with farm machinery are highly desirable
Ability to operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and effectively
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and record keeping
Physical strength to perform heavy lifting and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Willingness to learn current skills related to broiler barn maintenance, and crop management
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment
