Line Cook — Alobar Downtown

Alo Food Group is looking for a talented and passionate Line Cook to join the team at Alobar Downtown .

Rooted in fine dining, Alobar is all about quality ingredients, thoughtful cooking, outstanding execution, and genuine hospitality. We’re looking for cooks who take pride in what they do, enjoy working as part of a team, and are excited to keep learning and growing in the kitchen.

What You’ll Do:
Prepare and execute dishes to a consistently high standard
Adapt to changing menus, ingredients, and products
Maintain a clean, organized, and effective workstation
Work independently while contributing to a solid kitchen team
Prepare and maintain accurate prep lists
Help manage inventory, ordering, receiving, and product organization
Communicate effectively with both kitchen and front-of-house teams
Contribute to a positive kitchen culture built around great food and hospitality




Take initiative when it comes to problem-solving and supporting your teammates
Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and restaurant standards
Take on other responsibilities as needed

What We’re Looking For:
Has previous cooking experience
Is passionate about food and culinary excellence
Takes pride in their work and pays close attention to detail
Is reliable, organized, and able to manage their time effectively
Works well independently and as part of a team
Communicates clearly and respectfully
Takes initiative and is always looking for ways to improve
Has a positive attitude and a genuine interest in hospitality
Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Wants to continue developing their skills and growing within the industry

Compensation is comprised of an hourly wage plus weekly gratuities.
