Sprezzatura is a up-to-date Italian restaurant with an established team, systems, and loyal guest base.

We’re looking for a career-minded Service Manager who can step in, strengthen what’s working , and bring consistency, leadership, and attention to detail to every shift.

The Role

You’ll be a hands-on floor leader working alongside the Chef and management team to:
Run clean, consistent service every shift
Lead and support the FOH team with clarity and accountability
Maintain and refine existing systems (not reinvent them)
Build relationships with regulars and elevate guest experience
Handle issues calmly and professionally

What We’re Looking For
2+ years in a leadership role in a full-service restaurant
Solid service fundamentals and floor awareness




Comfortable stepping into an established operation and improving it
Wine + Italian food knowledge (or a genuine interest in it)
Professional, steady, and team-oriented

What We Offer
$28–$32/hr total earnings (with tip pool)
