You will be responsible for the accuracy of HS classifications, trade documentation, and acting as the primary liaison between the company and customs brokers.

Audit broker entries for accuracy and resolve any border clearance delays or "Notice of Redelivery" issues. -Compliance & Reporting: Maintain digital compliance records and assist in periodic internal audits to mitigate the risk of AMPS (Administrative Monetary Penalty System) fines. -Trade Programs: Administer duty drawback programs or tariff relief applications where applicable. -Advisory: Provide internal guidance to the Logistics and Procurement teams regarding landed costs and regulatory changes.

Qualifications -Candidate Qualifications Education: College Diploma (DEC) in Logistics, International Trade, or Business Administration. -Experience: 2–4 years of experience in customs brokerage or a corporate trade compliance role. -Certification: CCS (Certified Customs Specialist) designation is highly preferred. -Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
