Help our clients succeed and maximize the impact of their transformation initiatives, turning them into powerful drivers of growth and innovation.## Job description**Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have :**- Analyze business needs and identify appropriate technological solutions while respecting budgets and deadlines;- Develop implementation strategies, design and document programs or applications;- Develop application solutions and perform automated tests;- Proceed with the installation, testing of software packages and implementation of applications with the assigned clientele;- Ensure the integration of the technical components of the solutions and solve the problems encountered.**The profile we are looking for is as follows:**- Have a minimum of eight years of experience in a similar role at the senior level;- Experience with development projects carried out in agile mode;- Master software development best practices, including clean architecture, clean code and design patterns;- Experience developing with C# .NET Core;- Perform programmed unit tests in a software development context;- Demonstrate experience in quality assurance;- Be familiar with cloud environments and PaaS solutions;- Use automated pipelines, especially with Pivotal Cloud Foundry;- Knowledge of the insurance industry (an asset);- Experience modernizing or maintaining legacy code (an asset);- Demonstrate versatility in a multidisciplinary team context (T-Shape profile);- Demonstrate autonomy,
