Role Overview: Responsible for courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route, adhering to federal service standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate vehicles, plan routes for efficiency, and ensure proper security of packages and property.
- Accurately select, inspect, and report packages, including stop counts and missorts.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and promoting services.
- Operate computerized tracking and dispatch systems with accuracy.
- Handle package loading/unloading, sorting, and scanning as needed.
- Seek additional business opportunities from current clients and inform sales of leads.

Qualifications & Skills

- High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license with a good record.




- Experience in customer service preferred; ability to lift up to 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with equipment.
- Proficiency in features of service, equipment operation, and computer systems.
- Solid interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and provide excellent customer service.

Additional Requirements

- Bilingualism (English and French) preferred.
- Must pass driver assessment and maintain certifications.
- Commitment to safety, professionalism, and adhering to regulations.
