You know what a busy clinic feels like: ringing phones, competing priorities, and a team working hard to keep everything moving. At Cortico, that experience can help you build a new career.

We help clinics make everyday tasks easier for patients and staff. We’re looking for someone with medical office assistant, practice administration, or similar clinic experience to become a friendly, familiar voice for prospective customers and accounts.

This is a phone-focused role. You’ll spend most of your day talking with clinic staff and decision-makers—getting to know them, understanding their challenges, preparing them for demos, and keeping conversations moving.

Most people you contact will already have some connection to Cortico: they’ve expressed interest, booked a demo, been referred, or spoken with our team. You’ll also do some outbound prospecting to introduce Cortico to new clinics.

What you’ll do

- Call interested clinics to learn about their needs and help them take the next step.
- Prepare prospects for demos by understanding their clinic, priorities, and questions.
- Confirm appointments, follow up on missed demos, and make rescheduling easy.
- Check in after demos, answer questions within your knowledge, and connect people with the right teammate.
- Build relationships through thoughtful, consistent follow-up.
- Reach out to new clinics as a secondary part of the role.
- Keep clear notes and next steps in our customer relationship management system.
- Share what you hear so our team better understands clinics’ needs.

You won’t be expected to deliver a hard sell or lead complex sales negotiations. You will be expected to initiate conversations, ask useful questions, handle hesitation respectfully, and follow through. Who would enjoy this roleYou may be an MOA, practice administrator, medical receptionist, or another clinic team member looking for a change while staying connected to healthcare.

You’ll likely enjoy this work if you:

- Like talking with people and can comfortably spend most of your workday on the phone.
- Understand clinic workflows and can relate to the pressures clinic staff face.
- Listen carefully, show curiosity, and put people at ease.
- Are comfortable reaching out first and following up more than once.
- Stay organized and reliably do what you say you’ll do.
- Can handle unanswered calls, busy people, and occasional rejection without losing momentum.
- Are comfortable learning new software and keeping accurate records.

Previous sales experience is welcome but isn’t required. We’ll teach you our product and process. Your clinic experience, communication skills, and follow-through are what matter most. What success looks likeClinics feel understood and well prepared for their demos. More interested prospects attend their appointments and move forward with explicit next steps. Follow-ups happen when promised, and our team has useful context for every conversation.

How to apply

- Send your resume and a short note about your clinic experience, why this role interests you, and what you enjoy about speaking with people.
