Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll be able to do:

- Take charge of end-to-end development files, from needs analysis to production;
- Design, develop and evolve application solutions in a mainframe environment, taking into account business needs;
- Act as a technical manager on certain files and ensure coordination with business and technical stakeholders;
- Engage collaborators, advance work and ensure that priorities, deadlines and commitments are met;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices, including code reviews, software quality, testing, and automation;
- Participate in the planning of the work, anticipate risks and obstacles, and propose appropriate solutions;
- Provide support for releases, application stability and complex incident resolution.

The Profile We Are Looking For Is As Follows

- Significant experience in application development, covering the analysis, design,



development and delivery of solutions in a structured environment;
- Robust knowledge of mainframe development, particularly with Cobol;
- Experience with central office tools and practices, including Endevor, Zeke, and execution log analysis;
- Good understanding of the business processes of the insurance sector and ability to translate needs into technological solutions;
- Experience with Agile and DevOps practices, including automation, frequent deployments, and support for production applications;
- Technical leadership, autonomy and ability to lead several files simultaneously;
- Excellent communication skills and strong ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders;
- Knowledge of Natural and Assembler, an asset.
