The Opportunity The Content & Creative Specialist will support the development and execution of NuVista’s marketing content and creative across digital and print channels. This is a hands-on role for a strong writer and designer who can take a marketing brief or idea and turn it into polished, engaging content and creative assets.
Working closely with the Director of Marketing, Manager of Digital & Performance and Marketing Coordinator, and the Specialist will help bring campaigns, service launches and ongoing marketing initiatives to life while ensuring consistency with the NuVista brand.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Copy
- Write and develop copy for websites, landing pages, digital ads, email campaigns, social media and print materials
- Develop messaging and content for new services, programs and campaigns
- Adapt and repurpose content across different channels and audiences
- Support ongoing content planning and development
- Edit and proofread marketing materials to ensure quality, clarity and consistency
Creative & Design
- Design digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, one pagers, flyers, posters and advertisements
- Develop creative for paid and organic social media campaigns
- Create presentations and referral materials for internal and external audiences
- Develop campaign creative and supporting asset suites across channels
- Maintain and develop branded templates and marketing assets
- Ensure all creative follows NuVista brand standards
Campaign & Launch Support
- Translate campaign briefs and marketing strategies into finished content and creative
- Collaborate with the Digital & Performance Manager on advertising creative and campaign assets
- Support marketing launches for new services, programs and products
- Develop and adapt creative based on campaign needs and performance
- Liaise regularly with clinics to understand their local needs
- Action clinic requests to ensure content and creative are relevant and aligned with each community
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines across the organization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, communications, graphic design or a related field
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Strong graphic design skills with a good understanding of layout, typography and visual communication
- Experience creating content for both digital and print
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Experience developing marketing and advertising creative
- Robust understanding of brand consistency and tone of voice
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Experience in a healthcare, mental health or other regulated environment is considered an asset
