Title: Director, Wholistic Wellness - Northern Region.

Salary: $128,851 - $151,589 - $174,328 per year (pay range explained below).

Contract: Permanent.

Hours: 8:30am- 4:30pm, Mon- Fri (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri).

Location: Any of the FNHA Northern Regional Offices. A flexible work arrangement may be a possibility. Travel will be required across the entire Northern Region.

About You To be successful in this role you will have/be;

Education &

Experience (REQUIRED)

- Degree in a social service field, such as psychology, sociology, social work, or other health sciences or relevant field, AND
- Master’s degree in Public health, Social Work, or a closely related behavioral science field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Significant, recent and relevant experience in mental wellness program planning and service delivery (usually acquired over a period of 10 years or more).
- Significant, recent and relevant experience working within the health care system (usually acquired after a minimum of 10 years of experience).
- Relevant, recent and significant experience providing leadership to and partnering with senior level management on projects, initiatives using a team-oriented approach.
- Experience managing toxic drug response, and related mental wellness programs including program development, implementation and evaluation Experience providing advice and recommendations regarding mental wellness to internal and external partners.
- Experience responding to mental health emergencies and trauma informed practice.
- Experience working with First Nations communities or organizations in the area of mental wellness.
- Experience providing leadership, coaching and support to teams and/or staff.

- Registration and good standing with an appropriate College or Professional Regulatory body considered an asset.

We support our family to be leaders in wellness and all staff members develop a yearly wellness plan as part of their performance partnership and goal-setting. The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.

Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.

The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
