Ever wanted a front-row seat to how events actually come together? We're building a roster of part-time, on-call event support staff to jump in and help us pull off conferences, meetings, and events across the region.

No two days look the same: one week you might be building welcome bags, the next you're on-site keeping a registration line moving. It's versatile, project-based work, and the more you show us what you've got, the more we'll come calling.

Responsibilities

- On-site event support, including staffing registration desks, greeting attendees, and handling curveballs as they come
- Preparing event materials such as name badges, welcome bags, and signage
- Creative design support in Canva, building materials like signage, social graphics, and printed collateral
- General support during peak periods, filling in wherever the team needs an extra set of hands

Most of our events are right here in Fredericton, but some assignments may take you further afield. When that happens, travel costs are on us.

What We're Looking For





We're less concerned with checking off a list of specific skills and more interested in the right attitude. We're looking for people who are upbeat, adaptable, and genuinely enjoy being around people, even when things get busy. Whether or not you've worked an event before, if that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, on-site environments
- Basic proficiency in Canva (or a willingness to learn quickly)
- Reliability and flexibility, including availability for occasional evening or weekend events
