Role Summary:
Seeking a FileNet IER SME to design, develop, and implement integrations and solutions supporting legal holds and data purge. The candidate will own end-to-end delivery, provide QA/defect support, and mentor team members on IER functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement FileNet IER solutions and integrations.
- Lead legal hold and data purge implementations.
- Perform system design, integration, and end-to-end implementation.
- Support QA through defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution.
- Create technical documentation, design documents, and implementation guides.
- Mentor and cross-skill team members on IER capabilities.
Must-Have Skills:
- FileNet IER SME-level expertise
- Legal Hold & Data Purge
- System Design, Integration & Implementation
- QA/Defect Resolution experience
