IAM Analyst - SOD Location: Toronto, ON Work Model: Onsite / 4 Days Job Type: Full Time Primary Skills Sail
Point IIQ/ISC, SoD & IGA, RBAC Job Description We are seeking an experienced IAM Analyst - SOD with solid hands-on expertise in Sail
Point IIQ/ISC, Segregation of Duties (SoD), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) .
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, validating, and testing IAM controls, application onboarding, access models, role and entitlement assignments, and SoD policies.
The role requires close collaboration with IAM developers, application teams, business owners, and compliance stakeholders to ensure effective access governance, accurate entitlement management, and successful remediation of access risks.
Key Responsibilities Prepare, validate, and maintain SoD rules, policies, conflict matrices, violations, and remediation plans .
Gather and analyze RBAC requirements , including business and IT roles, entitlement mapping, role hierarchy, and access models.
Validate role and entitlement assignments and assess their impact on SoD controls .
Perform Sail
Point application and connector onboarding and verification , including aggregation, correlation, accounts, and entitlements.
Develop and maintain Sail
Point rules, workflows, configurations, and scripts .
Perform functional, integration, regression, RBAC, and SoD testing .
Validate source-to-Sail
Point data and perform account and entitlement reconciliation .
Analyze SoD violations and support remediation and exception management .
Prepare SoD, RBAC, QA, application onboarding, and management reports .
Collaborate with IAM developers,
application teams, business owners, and compliance stakeholders to resolve access governance issues.
Support IAM governance processes, control validation, audit requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with Sail
Point IIQ and/or Sail
Point Identity Security Cloud (ISC) .
Strong understanding of SoD, IGA, and access governance concepts.
Hands-on experience with RBAC, role engineering, entitlement mapping, and access models .
Experience with Sail
Point application and connector onboarding , aggregation, correlation, accounts, and entitlements.
Experience developing or maintaining Sail
Point rules, workflows, and configurations .
Strong knowledge of Java, Bean
Shell, and/or Sail
Point scripting .
Strong SQL skills for data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
Experience performing QA, functional, integration, regression, RBAC, and SoD testing .
Experience with JIRA and defect/issue tracking.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate access and SoD issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills Experience with IAM compliance, audit, and access certification processes.
Knowledge of identity lifecycle management and entitlement governance.
Experience working with business owners and compliance teams on SoD exceptions and remediation .
Experience preparing IAM and management-level reports.
