This role is responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, driving sales, and supporting team members.

As an Elevated Keyholder, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission to Enchant the World With Chocolate.

What You'll Do: Leadership and Teamwork: Act as a manager on duty by supporting store opening and closing duties, holding a key and stepping in when management is not present.

Support, coordinate and coach team members to achieve daily sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience.
