We are actively seeking Community Engagement Program Manager for one of our client, Please share your resume with current location & full contact info Role: Community Engagement Program Manager Location: Toronto, ON, Canada (Hybrid) Job Summary Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Sustainability, Communications, Public Policy, Regulatory Affairs, Real Estate, and GDC.

Organize meetings, governance forums, leadership reviews, agendas, notes, and follow-ups.

Consolidate program data and prepare executive-ready MBR reports, Power

Point presentations, and communications.

Support implementation, training, adoption, and user support for Community & Regulatory Risk Assessment tools.

Track tool adoption,



milestones, feedback, budgets, spending, forecasts, and program deliverables.

Maintain accurate project trackers, dashboards, documentation, and audit-ready records.

Identify process improvements, document lessons learned, and support change management initiatives.

Requires 5+ years of project/program/operations management experience with robust stakeholder and organizational skills.

Advanced Excel, Power

Point, and Microsoft Office skills required; Power BI, Share

Point, Smartsheet, sustainability, or risk management experience preferred.
