In this 1-year contract, you will enhance the order processing cycle within Work Authority's distribution centre. We are seeking candidates with experience in e-commerce environments to process Shopify orders and assist with inventory management. Your involvement will streamline operations and meet team objectives effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process online orders accurately using Shopify and Chain Drive
• Assist in order picking for effective and timely fulfillment
• Support receiving operations through unpacking and sorting
• Manage customer returns by inspecting and processing them
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate discrepancies proactively
Requirements:
• Previous experience in order processing and shipping
• Familiarity with Shopify or Chain Drive is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 40 lbs
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
