The Opportunity

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Project Manager - Level 3 for upcoming project opportunity: IT Specialized Services (TBIPS).

Core Responsibilities

- Execute the Project Manager - Level 3 scope for IT Specialized Services (TBIPS): Deliver the Project Manager - Level 3 workstream against the TBIPS task authorization, security, documentation, quality, and acceptance requirements.
- Baseline the role work package, deliverables, resource assignments, dependencies, milestones, acceptance criteria, and reporting calendar.
- Coordinate client decisions and cross-workstream handoffs; maintain the integrated schedule, action register, and accountable owners.
- Control scope, budget, risks, issues, changes, and quality reviews; escalate variances with documented recovery actions.
- Conduct deliverable reviews, obtain acceptance, complete operational handoff, and close the work package with a reconciled evidence file.
- Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone,



and supporting evidence.
- Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions.
- Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence.
- Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.
- Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.

What You Bring
- Demonstrated experience performing Project Manager - Level 3 responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
- Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
- Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
