Role Description The Growth Consultant is a remote role responsible for guiding prospective clients through exploration of programs and/or business solutions to achieve their personal and career potential and goals. Day-to-day activities include:

- Conducting discovery conversations, identifying client goals to support career and lifestyle transformation.
- Generating and nurturing leads, managing follow-up communications, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools.
- Participating in weekly online training and leadership sessions.





This role is suited to an independent professional who is comfortable working remotely, aligning your own growth opportunities and goals, and representing the company’s values of authenticity, personal empowerment and continuous learning.

Qualifications

- 5- 7+ years professional work experience
- Skills in Lead Generation to attract and qualify prospective clients seeking solutions
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to organize contacts, track interactions, and support a structured follow-up process.
- Background in Marketing to communicate value and align messaging with mission is an asset.
- Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to facilitate discovery conversations and build trust across diverse professional backgrounds.
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment, managing time and priorities with minimal supervision.
- Experience in consulting or advisory roles focused on professional or personal development is beneficial.
- Understanding of online education, digital products, or entrepreneurial ecosystems is an advantage.
