We are seeking an organized, proactive, and people-focused HSE Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will support the administration and continuous improvement of Phasor Engineering's Health, Safety, and Environmental programs while partnering closely with the HR and Operations teams. You will play a key role in ensuring employees have the training, resources, and support they need to work safely and effectively, while helping maintain compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements throughout Canada and the United States.

What You'll Do

- Support the HSE team in maintaining program documentation, records, and administrative processes in accordance with company standards.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including employee engagement, collection of training records, delivery of onboarding materials, and documentation of completed requirements.
- Manage the assignment, tracking, and review of safety training, Safe Work Practices, and Job Safety Analyses.
- Coordinate third-party training with approved vendors as required.
- Assist with the reporting, tracking, and monitoring of incidents, hazards, near misses, and corrective actions.
- Support incident investigations by monitoring progress and helping ensure corrective actions are completed and closed out in a timely manner.
- Maintain HSE metrics, reports, dashboards, and related data.




- Participate in and support internal and external compliance audits, including COR, NSC, DOT, CNSC, and other regulatory or client requirements.
- Monitor and maintain contractor and client compliance platforms such as ISNetworld, Avetta, and similar systems.
- Handle confidential employee and company information with professionalism and discretion.
- Collaborate with employees, leadership, and field teams to promote a solid and positive safety culture throughout the organization.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative support role; experience supporting Health, Safety, and Environmental programs in construction, utility, industrial, or energy-related industries is considered an asset.
- National Health & Safety Advisor (NHSA/HSA) designation completed or in progress.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
- Experience using contractor management and compliance platforms such as ISNetworld, Avetta, ComplyWorks, or similar systems.
- ACSA COR Auditor Training is considered an asset.
- Experience with SiteDocs is considered an asset.
