HRIS Functional Analyst (PeopleSoft HCM)

Soho Square Solutions is hiring an HRIS Functional Analyst for a global investment bank's HR Analytics & Insights team in the Americas.

You will own day-to-day support and enhancement of the HR technology stack. This includes PeopleSoft HCM and several in-house applications. You will work between HR and IT, configure the system yourself, and see changes through from request to sign-off.

What you'll do

- Configure PeopleSoft HCM, including setup tables, mapping tables, and flag changes
- Handle Level 1 functional and technical troubleshooting, and escalate to IT with clear documentation
- Gather acceptance criteria, run UAT, and secure stakeholder sign-off
- Manage enhancement and support tickets in Jira
- Support workflow automation, data integration,



and alignment of regional HR processes with global standards
- Explain system issues and changes to senior and non-technical HR stakeholders

What you bring

- 4+ years in an HRIS functional role with hands-on PeopleSoft HCM configuration (5-7 years preferred)
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis and validation
- Jira experience. Power BI is a plus.
- Confidence to challenge IT and hold your ground on requirements
- Robust documentation habits and comfort switching between tasks quickly
- Fluent English. Spanish is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong experience is considered in place of a degree.
