Summary: Work Mode: Onsite Responsibilities: Provide technical and business support for users of company Foreign Exchange (FX) Derivatives and Risk Applications, ensuring quick resolutions to app issues.

Maintain application systems that are in daily operations, focusing on stability, quality, and functionality against service level expectations.

Perform start of day checks, continuous monitoring, and regional handover.

Conduct same-day risk reconciliations and develop technical support documentation.

Assess risk and impact of production issues and escalate as necessary.

Formulate and define scope and objectives for complex application enhancements and problem resolution.

Review and develop application contingency planning to ensure availability to users.

Participate in application releases, from development to deployment into production.

Engage in post-implementation analysis to ensure successful system design and functionality.

Act as a liaison between users/traders, internal technology groups, and vendors.

Provide evaluative judgment in complicated and unique situations.





Exhibit comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills to exchange complex information.

Act as an advisor or coach to current or lower-level analysts.

Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in an Application Support role.

Experience installing, configuring, or supporting business applications, batch management, and monitoring tools.

Advanced execution capabilities and ability to adjust quickly to changes and re-prioritization.

Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues to non-IT staff.

Demonstrated analytical skills and experience with issue tracking and reporting tools.

Good all-round technical skills in Linux, Database/SQL, Networking, and basic understanding of any scripting language.

Bachelor s/University degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills: Ability to plan and organize workload effectively.

Consistently demonstrates clear and concise communication skills.

Ability to communicate appropriately to relevant stakeholders.
