Job Summary: The Senior Software Developer role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining web-based and administrative console features within the Geo

Talent development environment.

This position requires extensive experience in .NET technologies, database management, and front-end and back-end development to support existing applications and drive new web initiatives.

Responsibilities: Support and maintain existing web applications developed in the Geo

Talent workplace.

Design, build, and deliver current front-end (web) and back-end (administrative console) features using TP Macro Language and TP environment.

Develop and implement .NET enterprise-level applications with loosely coupled components and nTier architecture.

Create and maintain database models, queries, stored procedures, and views to support application functionality.

Perform technical analysis and design of solutions using Geo

Talent and .NET frameworks including Blazor.

Collaborate using structured methodologies for application development, design, implementation, and maintenance.

Utilize Azure Dev

Ops for source control, build, and deployment activities.

Develop and maintain SCORM-compliant learning management system modules.

Implement front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, Java

Script, JQuery, and Bootstrap.

Required Skills: 10+ years experience working with Geo

Talent development environment (TP Macro Language and TP environment). 8+ years of professional .NET experience including ASP.NET Core (.NET 6 and above), Blazor Server, C#, LINQ,



and Razor syntax.

Strong database skills including SQL Server 2019+, data modeling, SQL query writing, stored procedures, and views.

Experience with MS .NET Entity Framework and Visual Studio (all supported versions, including 2022 and above).

Proficiency in developing and maintaining Learning Management System (LMS) modules and SCORM standards.

Experience with Azure Dev

Ops for continuous integration and deployment.

Familiarity with Sax Basic (TP Macro Language) and Geo

Talent development tools.

Experience with IIS (6.0, 7.0, 7.5) and Windows operating systems.

Desired Skills: Experience supporting and developing .NET applications across versions 2.0 to 4.5.

Knowledge of Telerik UI for Blazor and Fluent libraries for email and validation.

Experience with iText .NET PDF libraries, specifically iText 5, and PDF/UA document development.

Report testing and data accuracy verification skills.

Experience managing databases using SQL Server Management Studio and developing database scripts such as backups.

Proficiency in front-end development technologies including HTML4/5, Bootstrap V4+, CSS3, and Java

Script frameworks.
