08:00am to 04:30pm - Shift Receiving & Inspection: Unpack incoming customer shipments and prepare tools for the next stage in the repair process.

Accurately, log received items using the SAP system (training provided).

Shipping & Fulfillment: Prepare and package outbound shipments, ensuring proper documentation and labeling.

Complete Hazmat paperwork for applicable shipments (UPS / Fed

Ex / LTL).

Inventory & Material Handling: Assist in warehousing and inventory control of spare parts and packaging materials.

Organize and replenish packaging supplies to ensure availability and accessibility.

Workplace Organization & Safety: Maintain a clean and orderly work environment in accordance with 5S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).

Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement using LEAN practices .

Team Collaboration & Performance: Support team goals by completing tasks efficiently and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).

Participate in cross-functional tasks and other duties as assigned.
