IT Project Manager

This job posting is for an existing, active vacancy and we are looking to hire IT Project Manager at Brampton, ON with extensive experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementations, ERP modernization, cloud migration, and enterprise digital transformation initiatives. Candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead SAP S/4HANA, ERP, Salesforce, and enterprise application projects.
- Manage project scope, budget, timeline, risks, and resources.
- Drive Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- Coordinate business, technical, integration, and testing teams.
- Manage vendors, consultants, and third-party partners.
- Oversee data migration,



system integrations, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Provide executive reporting and governance updates.

Required Experience

- 10+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience.
- Proven success delivering SAP S/4HANA or large ERP transformation programs.
- Experience with Salesforce, MuleSoft, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and enterprise integrations.
- Solid stakeholder management and PMO governance experience.
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
