About the Chance

We are seeking motivated, client-focused individuals for a remote/hybrid Financial Consultant opportunity based in Mississauga, Ontario. This role offers remote work with in-person client meetings, training, and team collaboration as needed.

This opportunity is 100% commission-based, with no base salary. Earnings depend on sales activity and applicable commission arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet with clients to understand their financial circumstances, goals, and risk tolerance.
- Develop financial strategies tailored to client needs, including insurance protection, retirement planning, and wealth building.
- Explain and recommend suitable insurance and investment solutions within the scope of your licensing and authorization.




- Build and maintain client relationships through regular follow-ups and plan reviews.
- Stay informed about relevant products, industry developments, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in training, mentorship, and team collaboration.
- Develop your client base through networking, referrals, and business development.

Qualifications

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client service skills.
- An interest in financial planning, insurance, investments, and retirement strategies.
- Analytical skills and the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
- Relevant financial services licensing, or a willingness to complete the training and obtain required licences before conducting regulated activities.
- Self-motivation, organization, and comfort working in a commission-based environment.
- A commitment to integrity, ethical conduct, and client confidentiality.
- Post-secondary education in finance, business, economics, or a related field is an asset.
