Key Responsibilities:
• Wash chinaware, glassware, and utensils thoroughly
• Clean kitchen floors and walk-in refrigerators regularly
• Ensure general cleanliness of the kitchen space
• Report equipment malfunctions to kitchen leaders
• Assist in basic vegetable and fruit preparations
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• Food Protected certificate is an asset
• Minimum one year experience in a professional kitchen
• Good health and safety practices
• Must have a friendly demeanor and strong work ethic
