This Customer Service Representative role is vital for ensuring positive interactions at GoodLife Fitness Clubs. You will be the first associate members see, responsible for check-ins, inquiries, and creating a clean, protected space. Your knowledge of club services and customer-focused approach will enhance each member's experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet members and check them in upon arrival
• Handle incoming calls and book appointments efficiently
• Assist members with FitFix and cardio machines
• Provide new members with Fit-Fix Starter sessions
• Maintain cleanliness standards within the club
Requirements:
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• CPR-A & AED certification required
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in computer usage
• Knowledge of the fitness industry is an asset
