This full time role involves providing family-centered support to parents with children facing Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) and complex behavioral needs. As a Key Worker, you will assist families in navigating services, facilitating assessments, and offering guidance through personalized strategies and home visits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist families in navigating service referrals and support
- Support children with assessments at home and in school
- Provide mentorship and training during home visits




- Build partnerships with schools, agencies, and health officials
- Help families follow through on daily goals and transition plans

Requirements:

- Diploma in Social Services or related field
- Minimum three years’ experience with complex needs
- Training in FASD or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License is an asset
