Responsibilities

- Process and record customer payments accurately
- Manage accounts receivable ledger, ensuring all invoices are issued promptly and correctly
- Reconcile accounts regularly to identify discrepancies and resolve billing issues efficiently
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments through professional negotiation and phone etiquette
- Maintain detailed records of transactions, account analysis, and payment histories for audit purposes




- Collaborate with the accounts payable team to ensure smooth financial operations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries related to billing and account status

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation processes
- Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective negotiation skills for collections and resolving billing disputes
- Ability to analyze financial data and perform account analysis confidently
- Good math skills combined with strong analysis skills for financial review tasks
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service abilities to foster positive client relationships
- Previous experience in accounts receivables will be considered an asset

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
