- Support medication administration following prescribed schedules and safety protocols to maintain health and well-being.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences, promoting healthy eating habits.
- Engage in meaningful companionship, encouraging social interaction and mental stimulation for seniors or individuals with disabilities.
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace by performing light cleaning duties and ensuring hygiene standards are met consistently.
- Observe and document changes in residents’ conditions, reporting any concerns promptly to healthcare professionals or supervisors.




- Provide emotional support and reassurance, fostering a warm, respectful atmosphere that promotes independence and confidence.

Skills

- Proven experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home care environments.
- Strong understanding of senior care principles, including dementia care and supporting individuals with disabilities.
- Ability to administer medications accurately and follow safety procedures diligently.
- Excellent caregiving skills with a compassionate approach to supporting diverse needs.
- Competence in meal preparation, cleaning, and maintaining a hygienic living space.
- Effective communication skills to interact empathetically with residents, families, and team members.
