Role Description The Agent de location | Rental Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Montreal, QC. This position is responsible for handling inquiries from prospective tenants, scheduling and conducting property visits, and presenting available rentals in a professional, informed manner.

The Rental

Agent will assist clients with application processes, verify documentation, and support lease preparation and signing. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate listing information, coordinating with landlords,



updating rental availability, and following up with clients to ensure a smooth move-in experience. The role also involves promoting properties through various channels, contributing to marketing efforts, and consistently delivering responsive, courteous customer service.

Qualifications

- Solid Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building positive client relationships.
- Experience in Rental Management, including coordinating listings, viewings, and lease processes.
- Excellent Communication skills in English and French, both spoken and written.
- Background in Car Rental or similar service-oriented sectors is an asset.
- Knowledge of the Montréal rental market and basic real estate principles.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with digital tools and CRM or property management software.
- Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a client-focused mindset.
- Valid work authorization in Canada; driver’s license is an advantage.
