Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Front of House Manager to join our energetic hospitality team. Responsibilities

- Assist in supervising daily front-of-house operations, including guest seating, service flow, and overall ambiance.
- Support team management by mentoring staff, conducting interviews, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Oversee food handling and serving procedures to ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper hygiene practices.
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and billing accurately.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to facilitate efficient food preparation and timely service delivery.




- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements to optimize restaurant capacity and guest experience.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant management with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms; bartending or barista experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and motivate staff.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper hygiene standards within the food industry.
- Previous experience in hospitality environments such as hotels or restaurants is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage bar or beverage service if needed.
