QE Home is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, drive sales, and lead a team in delivering exceptional guest service. You will coach staff, manage merchandising, and uphold visual standards while maintaining a welcoming store setting.

The role requires 2+ years in retail with at least 1–2 years in supervision, strong leadership, and comfort with POS systems. Availability across days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.
