Centaur Subaru, the largest-volume Subaru dealership in Western Canada, is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Finance Manager to join our team. This position works directly with retail customers to provide professional support with vehicle financing and leasing options while ensuring a clear, efficient, and positive purchase experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Meet with retail customers to review and arrange suitable financing and leasing options

· Clearly explain finance terms, lease structures, protection products, and required documentation

· Prepare, submit, and manage credit applications accurately and efficiently

· Maintain strong, professional relationships with banks, credit unions, manufacturer finance programs, and other financial partners

· Work closely with our insurance partners to offer credit life insurance, extended warranties, and other eligible protection products in accordance with applicable requirements

· Ensure all transactions are complete, accurate, compliant, and properly documented before vehicle delivery

· Coordinate with the sales team, accounting department, and management to provide a seamless customer experience

· Maintain timely follow-up with customers and lending partners throughout the approval and funding process

· Use PBS effectively to manage deals, documentation, product records, and customer information

· Contribute to department performance while consistently maintaining high standards of professionalism, transparency, and customer care

Qualifications & Experience

· Previous experience as an automotive dealership Finance Manager is required





· Demonstrated knowledge of retail automotive financing, leasing, credit applications, lending guidelines, and funding procedures

· Existing working knowledge of PBS dealership software is required

· Established ability to build and maintain productive relationships with financial institutions and insurance providers

· Experience presenting credit life insurance, extended warranties, and related protection products

· Strong sales, negotiation, organization, and customer-service skills

· Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple active transactions in a fast-paced environment

· A professional, ethical, and compliance-focused approach to every customer interaction

· Subaru experience is an asset
