GBA Motors Ltd. is seeking an experienced and licensed 310S Automotive Service Technician to join our team.

We are looking for a skilled, dependable technician who takes pride in their workmanship, demonstrates strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities, and is committed to providing consistently high-quality automotive service.

The successful candidate will be comfortable taking initiative, working proactively and collaboratively in a team environment to provide our customers with excellent service. They will be positive, quick to adapt to the changing demands of a nimble team, and will have experience diagnosing, maintaining and repairing European vehicles.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose mechanical, electrical and performance-related vehicle concerns
- Perform automotive maintenance, service and repairs
- Complete oil services, filter replacements and scheduled maintenance
- Diagnose and repair starting and charging systems, leaks and other mechanical concerns
- Perform brake, suspension and exhaust repairs and replacements
- Complete timing component, water pump and other mechanical repairs
- Perform tire installations, balancing and rotations
- Perform wheel alignments
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and identify required or recommended repairs
- Use diagnostic equipment and tools to accurately troubleshoot vehicle concerns
- Clearly document findings, repairs and recommendations
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
- Work collaboratively with the GBA Motors Ltd. team to provide a high standard of service

Qualifications

- Valid Ontario 310S Automotive Service Technician licence required




- Previous qualified experience in European automotive repair, maintenance and diagnostics
- Strong mechanical, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Brand-specific experience or specialization with European vehicles (e.g., BMW, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen) is considered an asset.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage assigned work
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Dependable, professional and team-oriented
- Valid Ontario driver's licence
- Commitment to workplace safety and maintaining a clean, organized work environment

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
