Responsibilities

- Provide professional hair cutting, styling, trimming, and grooming services tailored to each client's preferences.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Engage with clients through friendly communication to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles or products.
- Assist at the front desk by scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and managing retail sales of hair care products.
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times during service delivery.




- Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service, encouraging repeat visits and referrals.

Requirements

- Proven experience in hair styling, barbering, or related cosmetology fields with valid licensing or certification where applicable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse clients.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain styling options and product recommendations.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a clean work environment.
- Ability to perform retail sales effectively by promoting products that meet client needs.
- Competence in managing front desk duties such as appointment scheduling and client check-in/out processes.
- A motivated attitude with a passion for hairstyling and helping clients look their best.
