The Bluebelle, known for its playful spin on comfort food and it's dynamic drink menu, is seeking experienced and dependable individuals to join our front of house team. Previous experience with specialty coffee and customer service ideal, but we are happy to train the right individuals, too. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy the rhythm of a well-run bar, take pride in doing things well, and want to support a team in delivering consistently great coffee and service.

You’ll work closely with management and fellow baristas to ensure quality, efficiency, and a warm experience for everyone who walks through the door. We’re a small, tight-knit team that values professionalism, kindness, and a calm, steady presence behind the bar.

What You’ll Do

- Carry out day-to-day bar operations and maintain high coffee standards
- Collaborate on seasonal drinks and product offerings
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Assist with daily operations in our retail areas

What We’re Looking For (but are willing to train the right individual):
- A couple years of experience in specialty coffee and experience training baristas
- A clear communicator who’s comfortable taking initiative
- Team-first mindset with a calm, professional demeanor
