We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team! Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
- Manage cash transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies, adhering to food safety and food handling protocols.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe workplace; address any concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
- Restock bar supplies as needed, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and other essentials to ensure smooth operations throughout shifts.




- Follow all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines to ensure compliance and guest safety.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in bartending or food service roles within the food industry; restaurant experience is highly valued.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for efficient order processing and cashiering.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively without compromising quality or safety.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and inventory management.
- Previous experience in serving or bartending roles that demonstrate hospitality excellence is preferred.

Pay: $17.95-$29.81 per hour
