As a Barista, you play a key role in crafting high-quality coffee beverages while maintaining exceptional service. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, work with precision, and collaborate seamlessly with your team.

What You’ll Do

- Craft expertly prepared espresso beverages, from cappuccinos to cortados, with precision and consistency.
- Dial in espresso, pull great shots, and create latte art with confidence.
- Stay up to date on specialty coffee and tea trends.
- Work with urgency, efficiency, and attention to detail.
- Engage guests and colleagues with warm, genuine hospitality.
- Handle counter service, cashier duties, food running, stocking, and organization as needed.

What we need from you:





- Experience working as a barista in a similar environment.
- A commitment to continue learning in the position.
- Food Safe Certificate an asset.
- Serving It Right is required.
- Robust problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and stand for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
