Hard Knox Brewery is located in Black Diamond - Diamond Valley, Alberta. The past 8 years Hard Knox has grown to be a favorite destination in the Foothills. Awarded Best Brewery in the Foothills with multiple award-winning beers we have a wonderful supportive community and meet visitors from around the world.

We are a full-service taproom with food service.

Qualifications:

- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact positively with diverse guests and represent the brand professionally.
- Experience in Bartending and Food & Beverage service, including knowledge of beer styles and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Accurate Cash Handling skills, including operating point-of-sale systems and reconciling transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality workplace, standing for extended periods and lifting kegs or cases as needed.
- Proven reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and inclusive taproom environment.




- Valid alcohol service certification ProServe or willing to obtain it promptly.
- Previous experience in a bar, brewery, or restaurant setting is an asset; enthusiasm for craft beer and local ingredients is highly beneficial.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays according to taproom and event schedules.
- Must speak English fluently
- Must be 18+
- Must have a reliable vehicle
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Responsibilities:

- Bartending, table service
- Food prep
- Changing kegs
- Cleaning - bathrooms, floors, dusting, garbage, recylcing
- Make customers feel welcome - outgoing personality required
- Decorating for events - creativity is an asset
- Participation at events - markets, Festivals, tastings
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
