Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Bartender/Server to join our lively hospitality team. In this role, you'll be the face of our venue, creating a welcoming atmosphere while delivering top-notch service to our guests.

Your responsibilities will include mixing drinks, taking orders, serving food, and ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, skilled in multitasking, and eager to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, following standard recipes and safety guidelines.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems like Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery.
- Provide attentive service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering duties during shifts.




- Support food service operations by assisting with food delivery, setup, and breakdown as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours and special events.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in restaurant or food industry settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key!
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory counting.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently.
- Ability to work flexible hours in a agile environment while maintaining professionalism.
