GreenShield Canada is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment for a dedicated business line. The role partners with hiring managers to strategize and execute sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

You will build a solid candidate pipeline and ensure a positive experience for candidates and managers alike. Required are 3+ years in talent acquisition, fluency in English and French, and experience with ATS and full-cycle recruitment.
