La mission de la Fondations Générations à Venir est de fournir des ressources pour créer des opportunités significatives visant à améliorer la qualité de vie des Premières Nations.

Le rôle principal de l'Agent(e) de programme bilingue est d'assurer l'interprétation et l'administration cohérentes et appropriées dans tous les aspects du programme de gestion des subventions de l'organisation, y compris l'admissibilité, la demande et la distribution précise et efficace des fonds provenant des deux volets de financement (individuel et de groupe) de la Fondations Générations à Venir , conformément aux principes et lignes directrices spécifiques établis par l'Accord de règlement des écoles résidentielles indiennes, le Plan d'administration approuvé par le tribunal de la Fondation GAV, et les Conditions générales de la Fondation GAV.

L'Agent(e) de programme bilingue assume toutes les fonctions liées au soutien efficace du programme et à l'administration quotidienne du programme de subventions et de la Fondation FG. Il/Elle veille à l'utilisation efficace des ressources administratives de la Fondation GAV, conformément aux priorités énumérées dans le Plan stratégique.

L'Agent(e) de programme bilingue apporte son soutien à l'équipe des programmes lors de l'appel national à candidatures (Individus et Groupes/Organisations), y compris :

- Recevoir, évaluer et préparer les demandes de financement pour les décisions.
- Interpréter et administrer tous les aspects de l'admissibilité et de la conformité.
- Soutenir la préparation des livrables clés du programme.
- Réconcilier les données pour faciliter l'information.
- Veiller à ce que l'appel à candidatures et l'administration des contrats soient conformes au Plan d'administration approuvé par le tribunal de la Fondation GAV, aux Conditions générales et respectent les procédures et processus établis.

Qui peut postuler

Les personnes d'ascendance autochtone seront priorisées (art. 16(1) de la Loi canadienne sur les droits de la personne)
- Les candidats doivent détenir au minimum un diplôme postsecondaire dans un domaine d'études connexe et avoir de l'expérience dans la gestion de projets et de programmes ou une combinaison équivalente de formation et d'expérience.
- Les candidats doivent posséder d'excellentes compétences dans la suite Microsoft Office et Adobe Acrobat.
- Une expérience avec Survey Monkey et la gestion de bases de données est un atout.
- Une expérience de travail avec les communautés des Premières Nations est fortement préférée.




- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en anglais et en français.
- Doit avoir une solide expérience en relations clients.
- Doit être capable de travailler de manière autonome et de respecter les livrables.
- Une expérience de travail dans le secteur des organismes à but non lucratif est un atout.

Échelle salariale : Selon les exigences du poste, l’expérience et la formation

Lieu : Ottawa ou Akwesasne

Durée : Poste permanent à temps plein

Future Generations Foundation’s mission is to provide resourcing to create meaningful opportunities that improve the quality of life for First Nations.

The Bilingual Program Officer’s primary purpose is to ensure the consistent and appropriate interpretation and administration in all facets of the grants administration program of the organization including the eligibility, application and accurate and efficient distribution of funds from the two funding streams (individual and group) of the Future Generations Foundation, in accordance to the specific principles and guidelines set out by the Indian Residential Schools Settlement Agreement, the court approved FG Foundation Administration Plan, and the FG Foundation Terms and Conditions.





The Bilingual Program Officer undertakes all functions related to efficient program support and day-to-day administration of the grants program and FG Foundation. They ensure the efficient use of administration of the FG Foundation resources, in accordance with the priorities enumerated in the Strategic plan.

The Bilingual Program Officer provides support to the Programs Team during the national call for applications (Individuals and Groups/Organizations), including:

- Receive, evaluate and prepare applications for funding decisions.
- Interpret and administer all facets of eligibility and compliance.
- Support the preparation of key program deliverables.
- Reconcile data to facilitate information.
- Ensure the call for applications and administration of contracts is consistent with the court approved FG Foundation Administration Plan, Terms and Conditions and is in accordance with established procedures and processes.
- Other duties as assigned.

Who Can Apply

Persons of Indigenous ancestry will be given preference (s. 16(1) CHRA)
- Candidates should have at minimum a post-secondary degree in a related field of study and have experience working with projects and programs or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Applicants must have excellent skills in the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with Survey Monkey and database management an asset.
- Experience working with First Nations communities is strong preference.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French
- Must have strong client relations experience.
- Must be able to work independently and meet deliverables.
- Experience working in a Not-for-Profit sector an asset.

Salary Range: Commensurate with job requirements, experience, and education

Location: Ottawa or Akwesasne
