Job Summary

Join our agile manufacturing team as a Bottle Sorter, where your keen eye and energetic approach will play a vital role in maintaining quality standards and ensuring efficient production flow. In this position, you will be responsible for sorting bottles accurately, operating heavy equipment, and supporting sanitation efforts to uphold a safe and clean work environment. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will contribute directly to the success of our manufacturing process, helping us deliver top-quality products to our customers.

Duties

- Operate loaders, forklifts, and excavators to handle bottles and raw materials safely and efficiently.
- Sort bottles by size, type, or quality specifications, ensuring proper categorization for further processing.
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks to move bottles or packaging materials as needed throughout the production line.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas by performing routine cleaning and waste disposal tasks.
- Support sanitation protocols by inspecting and cleaning equipment and workspaces regularly.




- Assist with inventory management by recording bottle counts and reporting any discrepancies or equipment issues.
- Follow safety procedures diligently during heavy equipment operation and manual handling tasks to prevent accidents.

Qualifications

- Experience operating heavy equipment such as loaders, forklifts, or excavators is highly preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or a similar industrial setting is advantageous.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining a clean workspace.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to sort bottles accurately according to specifications.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow safety guidelines closely.
- Willingness to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, bending, lifting, and cleaning duties.
