We are looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while helping customers select cannabis products that best suit their needs and preferences.

You should have strong knowledge of cannabis products, strains, consumption methods, and accessories, and be comfortable providing product information while following all applicable regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding customer service
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulation compliance
- Continuously learning about different cannabis products
- Answer customer questions and concerns about cannabis
- Process transactions through the store’s point-of-sale (POS) system
- Follow all applicable cannabis retail regulations and company policies and procedures
- Receive, organize, stock, and maintain inventory
- Maintain organized storage and inventory areas
- Assist with product displays and merchandising




- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
- Perform store opening and closing procedures
- Complete other store duties as required

Requirements:

- Minimum 19 years of age
- Criminal background check
- Valid CannSell certification
- 1+ years’ experience in retail or customer service industry
- Experience in utilizing POS systems
- In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods
- In-depth knowledge of cannabis accessory products
- Energetic and outgoing personality to ensure a high level of customer interaction and satisfaction

Pay: $17.95-$20.00 per hour
