Upforce Recruitment Inc. is an Edmonton-based international recruitment agency. We help Canadian employers fill hard-to-fill hourly roles — restaurants and franchise groups, hotels, cleaning, trades, logistics and manufacturing — with verified workers from abroad, typically in 6 to 10 weeks.

The role

You find employers and you sign them. Not candidates — employers. You prospect owners, general managers and franchise operators, run the first conversations and close the engagement. Our team handles everything after the signature.

What you'll do

- Build your own pipeline of Alberta employers who keep rehiring for hourly roles
- Reach decision-makers by phone, LinkedIn, email and in person
- Run discovery calls and present our two hiring routes
- Close engagements and hand them to our delivery team
- Log every lead and every step in our CRM

What you earn
- $500 for every position an employer signs — no cap

– A franchise group signing 5 positions = $2,500 – 8 positions in a month = $4,000
- Paid monthly, once the employer's first payment is received
- A clear path to base salary:



close 2 employers with at least 4 positions in total within your first 90 days, and you move to full-time base salary ($19–$22/hour) plus commission

You're a fit if you
- Have 2+ years of B2B sales where you found and closed new clients yourself (staffing, recruitment, hospitality or franchise suppliers, business services)
- Are comfortable calling decision-makers cold, and hearing "no"
- Can run a discovery conversation and always leave with a dated next step
- Write clear, skilled emails in English
- Are organised: you log, you follow up, you keep your word
- French is an asset
